| This luxury property is situated on
the Tuscan coast, between Capalbio and Orbetello, 1,5 km from the
sea. The nearest town is Orbetello.
This area is one of the most exclusive areas in Italy,
close to the tourist marina of Cala Galera and to the houses of
the Queen of Holland and the owner of the Fiat Gianni Agnelli, recently
disappeared.

Villa Settefinestre, national
monument built in the 15thcentury by the Spanish on Roman ruins
of the first century before Christ, is well known to be the most
beautiful house in the area.
It is was a Spanish fortress and was restored in the
seventies by Paolo Portoghesi, a famous Roman architect. |
| In the
garden there are the ruins of one of the most important roman villas
of the first century before Christ,with beautiful fortified walls
and a big "Criptoportico".
An important exhibition was held in the museum of Palazzo
Braschi in Rome (try to digit Sette Finestre on the web). |

by a large garden and a marvellous swimming pool depurated with
oxygen (no chlorine).

square feet), with 7 bedrooms ( 2 double beds, one queen and 2 king
size two single rooms), seven bathrooms, and two single bedrooms
for the domestic staff. |

The house has a marvellous old Tuscan cotto flooring.
All rooms are furnished with antiques and art peaces.
The living room is 200 sq m large, and the dining room is large
