VENTU & FOCU D'AMURI are two similar villas located 35 km from the coast of Cefalù, Termini Imerese and Bagheria, in the province of Palermo, in a tranquil rural setting just a stone's throw from the Vineyard Regaleali estate, the most famous old production of Sicilian white wine where you will sample their delicious wines.
Although each villa being private -they are just 3 min away from each other- however they retain their privacy and are not visible to each other. Both villas combined would sleep up to 16 people and would be ideal for large parties. |

The village is in a mere 15 min walk with pizzerias, local shops selling local products and many gothic style churches housing many wonderful pieces of artwork.

The second bedroom, upstairs, is a twin bed with wardrobes, side table and dressing table. Double doors lead to a veranda, with table and four chairs, overlooking the surrounding country side.
The third bedroom, upstairs, is a another double bed with wardrobe, bedside tables and dressing table, with same access to the veranda.

The open plan kitchen in the lounge is very well equipped.
A
dining area with table and chairs for 8 overlooks the surrounding land where olive groves, fruit trees and vineyards represent the typical Sicilian countryside environment.
Outside
A large patio with BBQ and a small plunge pool is the inviting place to cool down, with a glass of wine in the hand.
A staircase takes to the roof terrace from which you'll enjoy lovely views of the surrounding country side. |

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south-facing swimming pool, facing garden and patio area, a balcony with panoramic views and a barbecue. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
