The Gaeta's Gulf is surrounded by a mountains'
chain - up to 1.300 m. high - which gives to the whole territory
an extreme mild microclimate in all seasons, very similar to the
one of Sanremo and Capri.
Castellonorato is a small village on the heights of Formia, the last of four nice four suburb of Formia town, on the hills at side of the mountain chain that surround the Gaeta's Bay, in direction Naples. |
Formia and the Gulf of Gaeta are a very famous place for windsurfing, thanks to its particular weather conditions, windy in the afternoon but with a calm sea.
Ariadne's thread leads to Castellonorato, in a villa surrounded by greenery and peace with full view of the Gaeta’s Bay (3 km, flying).

The villa has a 3000 sqm garden with a private swimmingpool well furnished with beach umbrella, table, chairs and sunbeds. A barbecue is a good premise for dinners or lunchs on the pool’s border and a shower in the garden represents a good refreshment coming back from the beach.

INTERIORS
On the ground floor there is a large livingroom, a bathroom and a kitchen fully equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers both traditional and with the Nespresso capsules.
The cooker has 4 burners, 2 electric rings and oven.
A table for 9 is very useful for the breakfast.
The washing machine is in the laundry room.
A stair leads to the first floor where there are a double bedroom with an additional sofa bed French size (130 cm wide), another double bedroom with a pull-out bed added, a third bedroom for a single and the last is a twin bedroom.

A double sofabed will be used as Jolly, in case of need.
Three bathrooms and two terraces with a beautiful panorama on the sea complete the great livability of this property.
The house is carefully furnished with all kind of comforts. A fireplace is in the livingroom and the property is equipped with ironing board and iron, telephone, internet (WiFi, ADSL), tv with dvd player.
A maid is included twice a week and the gardener take care of the swimmingpool too.
On request a cook can be planned.

10 mins by car.
A good bus service connects Castellonorato with Formia and Scauri.
