The property is located halfways between Sorrento and Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, so-called because the village sits on a hill looking both the Gulfs of Salerno and Naples. Sorrento is widely popular, but Sant'Agata is maybe not enough known, although it is a very characteristic and lively village, with bars and restaurants, among which the internationally famous Don Alfonso, featured on the Michelin Guide.
The villa certainly has its strong attraction point in the outside spaces, although very accurate inside too.

The very large and various levels of the garden surrounding the property, on a hill facing the Gulf, is solely worth spending some time relaxing and simply enjoying the beauty of nature around.
The property has a garage and private parking room for 2-3 cars. Access to the house is either through a gate by car or a pedestrian gate, provided with an intercom. As said, the villa has several garden levels.
Two furnished terrace facing an astounding view to the Gulf are the perfect place for enjoying refreshing dinners or sunbathing.

One terrace is actually furnished with deckchairs and swing chairs by the 21 sqmt swimming pool, with view to the Gulf.
One level hosts a football field, one a tennis table, a barbecue and a firewood oven for home made pizzas. All the other levels tastefully display mediterranean plants and flowers, as well as lemon and olive trees among the others.
The main house of the property has two levels.
On the upper floor the private areas, with 2 double bedrooms, one of which with a large terrace with sea view, a twin bed room and a room with bunk beds, fot a total of 8 sleeping. |

On this floor two bathrooms, one has Hydro massage shower and one with bath and shower.
On the lower level, reachable either from the inside staircase or through the one outside, a spacious living room with dining table and chairs for 12, large sofas and armchair, TvSat, Hi-Fi and a third bathroom with shower.
On same level a large equipped kitchen for homeprepared meals with fresh ingredients from the local market, with all comforts, as oven to gas, electric gas, kettle, fryer, large refrigerator,washing machine, iron, dishwasher. |
For guests use, all cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils are available.
By the rear garden a dependance with two bedrooms, one is furnished with a double sofa and a third bed can be added, and the other one is double. In this house two closets and two bathrooms with shower.

The villa has air-conditioning and central heating with no extra charge.
The owner provides also bed linen and towels for the guest's comfort.
A telephone is provided for incoming calls only.Sorry, pets are not allowed, while smoking is permitted.
The Main House and the Dependence cannot be rented separately.

Actually the area is certainly recommended for good cooking and excellent drinking. Genuine products to taste, all vacation amenities at short distance and a nature to explore easily are valuable hints for a comfortable vacation.
Water, eletricity, gas, air conditioning, final cleaning, housekepping three hour per day and linen change every week are included.. |
