The Barns are part of a 20 hectares farm located in the heart of the classic Chianti Gallo Nero, among the typical Tuscan farmhouses scattered across soft rolling hills covered with vineyards and olive groves, 5 Km from San Casciano in val di Pesa, 13 Km from Florence and 50 Km from Siena.

The farmhouse is lived by Florentine families while the 2 barns have been restored and converted to 3 delicious apartments:

- The Sunflower,
50 sq m, sleeps 2+1, on the ground floor of the first barn, with beamed ceiling and wooden floor, is composed by one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette corner and a sofa bed.
Well equipped, the apartment has a microwave, iron, hairdryer TV Sat, A/C and private entrance, garden and BBQ.
A laundry area is shared.

- The Poppy, 50 sq m, sleeps 2+1,
on the first floor of the same barn with beamed ceiling and wooden floor, is a large one room apartment with separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. This apartment too has a microwave, TV Sat, A/C and private entrance, garden and BBQ. A laundry area is shared.

- The Jasmin, 64 sq m, sleeps 2+2,
in short distance, in the second barn, is composed by one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette corner and a double sofa bed.
The 4th bed is to be paid extra.

This apartment has all comforts, such as refrigerator, oven, TV and DVD.

The Sunflower and Poppy have large windows overlooking the Chianti hills covered by vineyards and olive groves.
