Castellonorato
is a small village, the last on the side of that mountain chain in
direction Naples. It is a suburb of Formia town.
This sunny villa watch on both Gulfs: Gaeta on the left and Naples,
far, on the right.
The villa has a 1600 sqm garden with high trees and a swimmingpool.
Villa Bice is a nice villa on two levels, 200
sq m surface in Castellonorato, with a beautiful panorama on the
sea.

The house is furnished with some antiques and all kind of comforts.
The large outspaces guarantee a good liveability. Two showers in
the garden compensate for the low number of bathrooms and in general
the beautiful garden, the silence of the countryside and the marvellous
view are formidable premises for a relaxing holiday.

-A livingroom with fireplace, double sofabed and table with chairs

-A mezzanine in the living with a small windows can sleep additionally
2 children on normal sized beds.

In the 1500 sq m garden a small building hosts a Taverna with table
and chairs, fireplace and bread oven, open space kitchenette, a
bathroom.

The village is one km far, Formia 15 mins
and Scauri 10 mins by car.
A good bus service connects Castellonorato with Formia and Scauri. |
| Formia and the Gulf of Gaeta is a very famous
place for windsurfing, thanks to its particular weather conditions,
Windy in the afternoon, with a calm Sea. |
