The fairly large villa located
upstream of Courmayeur, just in face of LA BRENVA,
is an authentic mountain chalet that enjoies a superb view on the
Monte Bianco.
The wooden and stone chalet was built in 1954 on a project of the
ing.VIOTTO, student of Giò Ponti, a famous Designer of the
50's, member of the new wave of RATIONALISM in the 50's.
Furnished with authentic exclusive pieces of the 50's and enriched
with pure and valuable Aosta and Savoia antiques if the 17th and
18th century, pewters and wooden sculpture.

The 1.200 sqm garden with aged trees has a stone barbeque,
stone table with chairs, and chairs for relax. The house has a surface
of 500 sqm on 3 levels:Ground floor

cooker with 4 burners, oven, fridge with freezer and microwave.

Courmayeur is a skiing resort popular all over

Its ski area Chécrouit-Val Vény offer to the skiers
more than 100Km piste on the slopes always covered by snow and numerous
tracks from quota 2700 to the valley. The tracks can be reached
by cableway from the village or from Entrèves
