ACCOMMODATION
The house has 230 sq.m surface on three levels: Groundfloor, First floor and the small Tower.
The growndfloor and the first floor communicate by internal and external staircases. The furniture and textiles are carely and tastely selected with antiques. Baby cot is available on request and the house has central heating.

Growndfloor, 2+3 sleeps:
-The living room, with Tvsat, one single and one double sofabed, has direct access to the garden.
-The dining room with fireplace has TVsat too and an open plan kitchen with dishwasher. This too has access to the garden.
-One double bedroom has access to the porch
-A washing machine is in a bathroom with shower.

First floor, 4+1 sleeps:
-The hall with a small but incredibly useful cupboard kitchen and a single sofabed,
-A double bedroom with bathroom with shower,
-A twin bedroom,
-A bathroom with shower.

Tower (Second floor), 2 sleeps:
-A double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

In total the villa can accommodate comfortably 8+4 people
