apartment has a surface of 36 sqm and can host family with two children
on a double bed in the night area and a double sofabed in the living
area, separated by a library.
A 3 doors wardrobe in the night area, a table with
chairs for 4, the TVsat and the well equipped massive-wooden and
granite kitchenette in a separate room, with 4 hobs cooker, fridge,
freezer and cookware make this apartment very comfortable and handy
even for a long stay.

out of the kitchen, covered by a sunshade, you will enjoy a beautiful

basilica St. Maria Ausiliatrice, in 5 minutes walking you can reach
the Park of Villa Lais, a park with a lot of different plants that
make a sort of botanic garden. There is a dreamlike small chapel,
place for weddings every Saturday until Monday.
In minutes by bus you will reach the Basilic of San Giovanni in
Laterano and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, one of the 7 pilgrin churches.
By subway a short way to the Vatican and 15 minutes to reach the
Coliseum or the Central railway station, comfortably by bus.
