two towns on the island, in an enviable position.

la CIVETTUOLA is located in the historic center of Anacapri, in a quiet and reserved area, parallel to Via Giuseppe Orlandi, the pedestrian crossing at the center of the town. A characteristic alley leads guests into the residence.
Thanks to its central location the villa is close to the public transport to reach the seaside resorts and the town of Capri.
A beautiful garden welcomes guests upon arrival to the property. Immediately one is struck by the terraces, patios, verandas, porches and other outdoor spaces which will become places where to spend relaxing time during the holiday. |
The architectural style of the house is typical of Capri and part of the garden is a cultivated orchard from which, depending on the season, the owner uses to offer guests some taste of the harvest.
La CIVETTUOLA is furnished with care and sophistication and can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with shower.
There is a large terrace and a balcony.

The house can be divided into two small self-catering apartments, "A" and "B", each with two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a living room with dining area and a well equipped small kitchen.
Rooms and bathrooms are equipped with linen and each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
Both are equipped with A / C, TV and washing machine, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture, pots and pans, television, refrigerator, cable tv, iron, hairdryer, safe.

Outside spaces are some private and some shared.
A few steps from the property there are bus and taxi to the beaches and major attractions of the island of Capri.
At short distance is the Villa San Michele by Axel Munthe, the chair lift to Monte Solaro, the splendid Church of San Michele and the main Church of Santa Sofia.
A few minutes away there are taxi and bus terminal for Capri, Marina Grande, Marina Piccola and the Lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Blue Grotto. |
