These two beautiful apartments in a 18th century house, situated right in the heart of Venice, yet in a very peaceful location, in the Sestiere of Santa Croce, near Campo San Giacomo, one of the most suggestive in Venice, far from the turist itinerary, with a church that is a real jewel, many wine cellars, resaurant, bar and shops, immersed into the sounds and colors of the real Venice and its inhabitants.

The Rialto bridge is 10 mins away.

The house has a large well taken care garden with a gazebo (so difficult to find in Venice) to enjoy "al fresco" times together with the owner, who shares it with the guests.

A small tennis court is also available, for use during weektime, in extra charge, , normally in exclusive use of the members of a sports club at weekends.

In modernising the Palazzetto, the owner has preserved all the Venetian elegance whilst at the same time installing up-to-date modern comforts such as air conditioning, central heating, tel., TVSat and a central audio system with speakers in each room, resulting in a high standard of accommodation.

This apartment takes up the whole second floor of the Palace, reached by an external staircase and comprising two double/twin bedrooms, one of which has a view over the canal, large living room with TV Satellite, telephone and views over the Campo, a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher as well as electric kettle and filter coffee machine, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. A utility room has washing machine and ironing facilities.

The apartments are furnished with taste and refinement and are close to the Rialto Bridge with its famous shops and open-air food markets. They have beautiful eye catching views either over a Canal and the Campo, for unforgettable holidays.
