| The property carries the name of the famous Architect Gino
Coppedè, who lived during the early 19th century becoming
famous for his personal artistic style, a blend of different hints,
the Liberty and the Deco above all. The Coppedè District
is in Rome unique and very exclusive, with the magnificient Arch
welcoming the visitors. It is very well connected to the historical
city center, yet quiet and very elegant. Casa Coppedè is
the ground floor garden apartment of a lovely Art Nouveau 1924 building.

The apartment, approx 150 sq mt, is surrounded by a 300 sqmt furnished garden with built-in barbecue and is often chosen as the perfect set for movies or TV fictions, as it has been lovingly kept and recently restored
Antique furnitures, unique veneziano floorings, decorated stuccoed high ceilings, some fine paintings, all gives the guests the sense of grandeur of that sumptuous age.

| The heart of the house is certainly the large spectacular living room, with different corners to live, the dining area, the couches corner and the french door opening onto the garden, all year round well cared, full of flowers and kitchen herbs, with iron work table and chairs in perfect Liberty style. The owners often organize al fresco events for the guests upon request as well as dinners with professional cook and all necessary for the perfect party. |

The private areas consist of a master double bedroom, with antique mahogany and bronze furnitures, from the early 1900, another studio bedroom with a single sofabed and a room with double sofabed. The large living room itself features a double sofabed and a pouff bed, bringing the ospitality from 5 up to 8 people if necessary.
The master bathroom with bath has 1600 cotto flooring, late 800 antique mirror and dressing table, while the other bathroom is with shower. Both however are antique, with Vietri hand painted tiles.

The elegant kitchen, spacious and totally renovated, has all modern facilities and appliances for professional use, with fridge, freezer, 5 fires cooker, large oven, dishwasher, wine cellar, table and chairs.
The heating is independent, with hotwater production; the service room has the washing machine
The owners supply upon request and for extra charge several touristic services, like shopping assistance, english and french touristic guides, car with chauffeur rentals and much more. Just ask upon arrival.
The area is served by bus and taxi and is very close to the beautiful
city park Villa Borghese and Villa Ada, where one can keep their
wellness habits or simply walk in the nature, at minutes from the
city center. |
