Casa del Fattore is a gourgeous example of Tuscan country-house
and it is part of an outstanding 16th century estate.
It is set in a beautiful highlighted park at the slope of a hill
and surrounded by orchards and olive groves.
The Villa will maintain its peculiar country character and atmosphere
in the 8 spacious and charming guestrooms with en-suit bathrooms
and shower facilities (fully heated and air-conditioned).
The villa will host up to 15 guests and is the perfect place for
special gatherings of family and friends.

STAFF/SERVICES
Maid service and chef services for a continental/buffet breakfast
each morning and either lunch or dinner each day (6days per week)
are included in the weekly rental charge. A gardener looks after
the grounds and the swimming pool.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
WINE CELLAR & WINE TASTINGS : We have a well stocked
private wine cellar with prices ranging from €10 upwards. A
professional wine sommelier can also be arranged to tailor-make
a particular wine tasting program for your group.
TUSCAN COOKING SCHOOL : Lunchtime or evening cooking
lessons with our professional Italian chef can be pre-booked for
up to a maximum of 10 students. Approximate cost of €150 per
person which includes all ingredients, aprons, recipe print-outs
and a fully serviced 3 course al fresco lunch or dinner including
house wine. |

LAUNDRY : We are pleased
to offer a service for personal laundry as well as make arrangements
for any specialist dry cleaning requirements.
BABYSITTING SERVICE : English speaking babysitters
can be arranged.
MASSAGE : Massages can be booked with a professional
masseuse who will come out to the villa as and when required. We
can also arrange treatments at the Grotta Giusti health spa in Montecatini.
ITINERARY PLANNING & BOOKING SERVICE : For
a small booking fee, we can assist in planning your stay with us
from organizing guides, tours, transport and drivers, organization
and catering for special events, etc.

Discover the splendours of renaissance Florence
with Giotto's Tower, the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza dei Signori, trundle
the winding roads through Chianti country that lead to magical Siena,
the walled town of Monteriggioni and the towering landscape of San
Gimignano, adventure through the dramatic cliff-clinging villages
of the Cinque Terre or simply loose yourself to Lucca. Year round,
there's always something going on.
The Leaning Tower of PISA (30 minutes away) has recently opened
to the public - it is stunningly set in an open lawned piazza which
also houses the Cathedral, Baptistery and Campo Santo Cemetery.

A 40 minute drive will take you to
the little port and town of LERICI overlooked by a cliff top castle
from where boats leave every hour to PORTOVENERE and the World Heritage
site of the CINQUE TERRE - five dramatically cliff clinging villages.
Such serene surroundings belie excellent international access with
Pisa airport and train station just 30 minutes away, Florence airport
and train station under an hour's drive and Lucca train station
only 10 minutes away.
There are two main highways close by - the A11 to Florence, leading
on to Rome, Bologna, Verona and Venice and the A12 to Genova and
Livorno, leading on to Milan, the South of France and Montecarlo.
