The pretty small hamlet appears as an ancient wild spot on the slopes of Pratomagno Mountains.
A little hamlet a stone throw from Chianti, one hour drive from Florence, Siena and Arezzo, at a height of 650m a.s.l. on the top of a hill with amazing views onto the Arno Valley, far till the horizon, was recently carefully restored by the owners to become a charming Tuscan holiday place.
The Hamlet offers:

with direct access to the park and the swimming pool. |

The vicinity to Florence, Siena and Arezzo permits to combine cultural and culinary experience with a very relaxed holiday and the peace and quiet of this farm surrounded by nature will make your stay unforgettable.
The ancient church, a farmhouse now converted in a splendid villa and a second farmhouses with 4 nice apartments have returned to their ancient beauty thanks to the careful restoring carried on by the owners focusing on relax, peace, quiet and privacy, in strict contact with nature. |

To this intention the bedrooms are not equipped with television and telephone and a premise for a very relaxing holiday are the large shared swimming pool (15x6), the barbecue in the well cared garden in which lavenders and Mediterranean bushes diffuse their scents, the beautiful park – a skilful example of landscape architecture – and finally oak groves, chestnut and pine woods where wild herbs, mushrooms and berries grow and surround the property.

This herb garden contains herbs whose colours, perfumes and flavours waft, flutter and awaken to the day along with the butterflies.
Once a week the guests can visit the organic herb garden, introduced by the owner to the magic of herbs that may be used for cooking as well as for health purpose. Afterwards a dinner will be prepared together, using the freshly picked up herbs and vegetables.
While enjoying your meal, you will learn about the benefits of a healthy diet and of a lifestyle in harmony with the nature!

During your entire stay you will also have the opportunity to pick fruits, vegetables and herbs from the organic garden, to prepare your own meals

The second farmhouse in the Hamlet was carefully restored to contain four nice apartments of different sixe, from 2 to 6 sleeps, each with private furnished garden and with a shared swimming pool surrounded by a cared garden with lavender, rosemary and other Mediterranean plants and shrubs.

The whole area is a heaven for wildlife and the forest is full of life: hawks and any sort of bird flying overhead, hares, wild boars, squirrels in the lush green woods will call your forbearing attention while walking in the wood.
The place is perfect for relaxing on the border of the swimming pool with a good book and the sounds of nature in the ears, or trekking, mountain-biking or simply walking off the beaten track exploring the wood to discover hidden treasures.
The prices include the cost of electricity, hot and cold water, gas, weekly change of sheets, towels, tablecloths, final cleaning, use of swimming pool (from mid May to late September), use of barbecue, wood for the fireplace.
