In
a fascinating area, with other villas around, 2,5 km to reach the
road (but a dirt path leads to the road in 800 m.) and then 1 km
more to reach the sea of Santa Margherita di Pula. just 5 minutes
from the beaches of Chia, Villa Ibiscus is a peaceful, one level
high class property, enjoying a wonderful view of the sea. The villa
has been recently restored and tastefully furnished and is surrounded
by a nice 2000 sqm garden with high trees and flowers.

At the margin of the area small paths lead in dense pine and eucalyptus woods with occasional vineyard and olive grove.
Direct access
to the fine sand beach and the sublime sea are ideal for children,
while romantic islets and grottoes of easy and free access make the place unique.
The villa, comfortably displayed on one level is furnished with a good taste, assuring a warm atmosphere and is surrounded by a well-kept garden full of flowers and trees.

A loggia and veranda are completely furnished for outside eating or resting, enjoying the marvellous view of the sea.
The garden is equipped with tables and chairs for "al fresco" dinners, deckchairs, beach umbrellas, barbecue and a practical shower to clear off the sand before entering the house, coming back from the beach.
From the main entrance is the access to the living room, furnished with sofabed and armchairs, TVSat and the fireplace. |
A table with chairs for 6 is in a separate space and the independent kitchen is fully equipped.
The private area has a bathroom with bath, two double bedroom - one with en suite bathroom with shower - and a single room where the bed has a chest of drawer with an additional bed.

PLACES TO VISIT
The long white fine sand beach of Chia (5 km),is the salient feature of the resort, a verdant strip measuring seven by one miles, stretching from the town of Santa Margherita di Pula towards the tiny village of Chia, bounded by a state road and wooded coastline.
Not far is also the beautiful Chia big pond, during the good season a natural resting Humid Zone for pink flamingoes, herons, seagulls, coots and cormorants, on their migration journeys. The pond is a Protected Area for its naturalistic value.
Specially recommended is the excursion towards the Capo Spartivento lighthouse
The road from Chia to Teulada is defined by the most popular Italian Car Magazine among the 4 most beautiful roads to drive in Italy. Enjoying such a beauty can be a great experience.

archaeological Nora and Burumini sites are nearby
