in the area of San Lorenzo, in walking distance from the Central
Rail Station well known in town for beeing the favourite place for
young university students, coming to Rome from all over the country
to study and live in proximity of the Main University. Having just
off the door all sorts of amenities, easy public trasnportation
for visiting the city, young people around, together with true romans
keeping their traditions tight, in an area that correctly can be
defined The Movida of Rome, lively, always open and not too expensive,
can definetely be fun! |
The apartment can sleep
4 + 1 and consists of 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, one of which
on a small loft in the room, the living room with a queen size sofabed
(1 and half) and a dining area, the equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom
with shower.
The apartment has been just decorated in a nice young coloured style
and displays A/C hot/cold, new washing machine, TV, Hi-Fi, gasfire.
Electric power is charged for extra upon use. |

Places to go and distances
The area is close to the University and to the Basilica of San Lorenzo,
one out of the 5 patriarchal basilicas in Rome. It hosts the graves
of Popes of the Christianity.
At short distances the main Railway stations, Termini and Tiburtina,
with rail, bus and metro connections.

The area is served by a tramway who reaches the most important
sites, Colosseum, Basilica of St. John, Circo Massimo, Pyramid and
the Vatican area.
The area is very lively and full of restaurants, bars, pubs, pizzerias,
some of them absolutely unmissable for quality and vivacity, and
different kind of clubs, open late night, as well as cinema and
street life.
