A perfect base not only for a walk in the past along the alleys of the old town but also for to exploring the Maremma with all the attractions that offers to its visitors: the town of Saturnia, famous for its Spas with hot springs of sulfur waterfalls; Manciano, dominated by the imposing Rocca Aldobrandesca, the Tarot Garden in Capalbio and only 20 km far the towns Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana, the center of the Area Del Tufo, the Archaeological Park “City of Tuff” with important Etruscan sites. |

The wonderful beaches of Argentario coast are 40 km. far, as well as the Bolsena lake.
The town is located along the “Strada del Morellino di Scansano”, the D.O.C. Tuscan wine and the area is famous for the typical local cuisine too.
Property description:
On the groundfloor of the house there is a quiet restaurant. A flight at side leads to LE MACINE that takes place on two levels.
On the first level there is a large living area, comprising a lounge, a dining area and a large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and cooker with oven.
On the second floor, reached by a staircase (originally made of travertine), is the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, heating and bathroom, both made of travertine. A loft with two singe beds has access from the two bedrooms. |
One of the bedrooms opens on a large terrace / solarium.
