Maga Circe is a charming villa positioned on a hill between the old San Felice Circeo town and the port. Both are within easy reach, eventually at walking distance.
The promontory where the sorceress CIRCE enchanted ULISSE gave the name to the small town of San Felice Circeo, by the sea, with the Lacona district, on the foot of the mountain. On both sides of the Circeo clean waters and very long exclusive white shores convinced high class Romans (mainly) to build there their villas and enjoy spending their August holidays..
Rome is actually about 100 kms far.

The wide forest behind the mountain and the very large territory towards Sabaudia became the National Park of Circeo in the sixties.
The villa was built in the typical mediterranean style, all white with porticos and solariums, along with cared gardens with olive trees, perfumed essences and colourful bouganvilleas.
The whole appears extremely charming and lively, as the microclimate at San Felice, for the mountain is right behind it, is so favourable that the sky is more than often clean and of a brilliant blue colour.

The house is very well cared, although very simple as far as furnishing is concerned, since it was projected, like most villas here, to enjoy staying in the proximity of the sea and outdoor, rather than at home.
The apartment given for rental is the one on the ground floor, being the one upstairs currently hold by the owner's family for their august holidays.

The apartment has the availability of the largest part of the (2500 sqmt) garden, with access also to the private parking area.
It has a nice furnished portico for al fresco breakfast or dinner, a living room with Tv set and stereo, table and chairs as dining area, a simple kitchen with 4 fires cooker, fridge, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

The bedrooms are four for a total of 8 sleeps.
One is doublebedded, one is twin bedded, one has a single bed and a bunk bed and another one, communicating with this latter, has a single bed and a sofabed.
This solution is very suitable for children, teens or for a group of single friends.
One bathroom with shower is close to the bedrooms.

San Felice has a lively atmosphere for those who wish to have fun going out.. Disco clubs, wine bars, restaurants and delicious ice cream parlours offer good quality everywhere.
Supermarkets, restaurants, bus, as well as the beaches, are in walking distance from the villa, about 15 min. The car use can be destined to the excursions that guests may choose to take.
On the back of the village the national park of Circeo with its guided visits to the forest and white sand dunes between the lake (flamingos in spring up to beginning June) and sea.

On the lake canoes' rental is possible. In the ray of 30 km. visits to Ninfa botanic garden, Fossanova Abbey, the nice town of Sermoneta and the Jupiter's Roman Templum which dominate the mount of Terracina.
Hydrofoil (one hour) and ships leave daily the ports of S. Felice and Terracina to the wonderful island of Ponza.The Pontine Archipelago (Ponza, Ventotene, Zannone and Palmarola) are a jewel at short distance.
Not to forget a daily trip to Rome or Naples, as it will take little more than an hour drive to reach both.
