Manin is a nice apartment for 4 people, located on a sideway off the large Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, having the Central Railway Station at walking distance, while the avenue leading to the Colosseum is just off the door.
Manin is on first floor of a 18th century building,recently totally restored, with nice arches in the entrance, entry phones and lift.

The apartment, itself been just renovated while maintaning the original floorings, faces the street, where all sorts of shops and services are available, but the very good quality of the new windows avoids noise.
The entrance gives acces to the living room, with double sofabed, a dining area with extensible table and chairs, radio, tv set, wall cupboard for the clothes of the guests sleeping in this room and the handy kitchenette on a side. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 fires cooker, oven both traditional and microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. All the cutlery and pottery are supplied.

A small lobby, with deep cupboard, where iron, iron board and hoover are stored, leads to the bedroom and to the bathroom.In the double bedroom a cyclette is available to excercize.
The bathroom has a large shower, supplied with a comfortable seat inside, electric boiler and towels warming elements.

Everything is simple but new and tasteful. the furniture is a blend of modern and deco pieces, which keeps the house original flavour.
The apartment enjoys sunshade and natural daylight, it is airconditioned and centrally heated with independent heat pump supplying both hot and cold temperature.
There is no telephone and ADSL, since just off the road there are many internet cafès and telephone bars.
There is no washing machine either, as a laundry is on the street, if necessary.
Final cleaning is included, and if requested, a maid living upstairs is available to clean on request for extra charge.

Electricity will be charged separately to allow large autonomy to the guests.
The owners will be glad to supply upon request a welcome food and beverage shopping to be paid on bill.
The guests will have the chance to leave their car in a public parking just around the corner and enjoy visiting most historical siites of Rome either walking or using the public transport. All major bus, underground and tourist bus routes are off the door.
The Archaeological Promenade, from the Colosseum to Massenzio Basilica, the Roman Forum and Piazza Venezia, the Palatino and Celio Hills, the Major Basilicas of S.Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni, are the most important sites that can be reached just pleasantly walking or catching the 64 Bus that crosses the city center heading towards the Vatican.
