six person is a former hay-loft restored to become a beautiful house
for six people with all comforts and pool. |

Region - Greve is just 10 km away - but a few km
from Florence.

Entering the villa there is a characteristic
living-room with a large sofa in front of the television.
Same steps down, there is the kitchen (entrely made in the wall)
and the dining-room which is spacious and comfortable.

the villa there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them
with shower and one with bath.
There is also the laundry room with a washing-machine. |

there is also a pool - 7 metres per 4 metres, open 1/5-30/10 - and
a large panorama is enjoied from both the pool and the terrace where
the beautiful spectacle of sunset on Chianti shire is the right
scenery for tasting a glass of local wine.
