Todi, Assisi, Narni,
Perugia, Gubbio, Spoleto, Norcia, Cascia are artistic cities that
should be visited; they carry historic and cultural value worldwide
and are also famous for their high standard of life quality, with
first class services.
Under the naturalistic point of view, the Umbria region has very
few competitors, as it has being called the Green Lung of Italy.
Not far from Amelia, in the province of Terni, the spectacular Marmore
Waterfalls (cascata delle Marmore) need a few hours visit.
|
|
The guests will appreciate the several Sagras taking place
during summertimes in variuos villages. The sagras are the local
fairs which are sometimes dedicated to beloved Patron, sometimes
to local gastronomic specialties, to sports events or to historical
commemorations. They represent the true heart of the Italian province
and the great fascination of a large part of the Italian tradition.
Either during the Fairs or in the several restaurants and trattorias,
the guests will appreciate the gastronomic and enologic variety
of this beautiful Italian corner. |
