This unique villa is situated on the northern coast of Sicily, 78 Km about out of Palermo on the way to Messina and 14 Km east of the historical town of Cefalù.
Unique because built just on a beautiful Sicilian beach, in a strategic location for two weeks of active and/or relaxing holidays.
Palermo is a city of about 1,5 million inhabitants with a major Sea Port and an International Airport.
It is also the capital of Sicily and was the second capital of the reign of Naples (The Reign of two Sicilies).

Villa Le Palme, on the north side is bordering with the Mar Tirreno (with direct access to the sea) while on the East side is bordering with the River Pollina.
The distance from the villa to the sea water is about 45 meters, therefore all the rooms facing North have unrestricted view of the sea and the Eolian Islands, while the rooms facing South have a beautiful view of a Pine plantation.
The property can be easily reached by road directly from Palermo International Airport trough highway without entering the city of Palermo, or by railway system again directly from Palermo International Airport.

The train station at destination is located about 300 meters south of the Property (5 minutes walk).
In both cases it takes about 90 mins to the property.

Finale, the nearest town, with all the amenities (bars, restaurants, hotels, shops etc.), is about 1 Km from the property and about 15 mins from Cefalù.

The Villa is built on two floors, 300 square meter each, the ground floor is an open space made of columns, currently used as parking, while the main living area and bedrooms are on the first floor.

The large entrance hall gives access to the livingroom and the dining area of about 100 square meters.
The dining table sits 12 people while the living room has three launch room suits, a TVSatellite with DVD and VHS recorder, stereo, and a beautiful fire place.

A fully appointed kitchen and a walk in pantry totalling about 60 square meters have two fridge, one deep freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, convention oven a wood fire oven etc.

Four fully furnished twin bedrooms are very large - 25 square meters each - and the master bedroom has double bed, en suite bathroom and a dressing room.
The three twin bedrooms can be converted in double bedrooms, if required.

Further two very large bath rooms have bath/shawer cabin, etc.
All of the rooms facing the North side are connected by a balcony 30 meters long, while inside a long corridor gives access to all of them.

A gardener takes care of the lawn and plants and a maid is included in the price twice a week for 3 hours.

The villa, well lighted, is very quiet, very ventilated, nested in about 7.000 square metres garden with 25 fully grown date palm trees and about 35 fully grown pine trees, the lawn covering 3.000 square meters of the garden in front of the villa. A kitchen garden with all seasonal vegetables is available to the guests.

The climate is typical Mediterranean, very sunny, warm but dry with average temperature of about 32° Celsius during summer and 18° Celsius during winter.

The Sea is generally very quiet and ideal for fishing.
All of the grounds are reticulated automatically from in house bore.
On the South side of the property, is located the important "Parco delle Madonie" one of the most beautiful mountain chain in Sicily, rich of all kind of wild animals, where local restaurants are specialised with mushroom dishes also. This mountains are ideal for long walks.
