This pre-Palladian
Villa is a typical patrician country house, where the nobles used to
spend their summer vacation and from where they used to control
their land properties.
Villa
Dalesmanin is a fifteen century villa still belonging to the same family that today dedicated four restored apartments to vacation rental.
The villa is located in the heart of the Graticolato Romano, the large part of Veneto that was divided in farms at the time of Julius Caesar and was given to the Roman soldiers when back from the war. Today the area still preserve the same net of roads. |
| Only 700 metres from the
village and a few
kilometres from Padova, this villa with pool, surrounded by an ancient park with old trees is the right place to spend holiday in relax, excellent base in short distance from Venice and the beauties of Veneto.

One day excursions to visit the Palladian villas of Brenta, Giulietta's balcony and Arena in Verona, the numerous ancient churchies, the Roman ruins in Aquileia, the more and more
interesting sites and why not, let's mention the superb wines of this area which together the gurmet cuisine worth tasting in place once in a life at least. The beaches of Adriatic sea and Lake Garda are in short distance as well
as the Dolomites.
Good restaurants are all around,
some of which have agreed with owners very low tarifs for their
guests .
A golf club is 15 kms far. |
| Four comfortable apartments have been realized and destined to holiday rental. A charming atmosphere characterizes the large shared park and
the surrounding countryside.
The apartments are located in the "barchessa"(former granary),
in the winter "limonaia" and inside the main building.
The apartments have all comforts: A/C, television and heating. The kitchens /kitchenettes are well equipped and a washing machine is available in a shared laundry.
Swimming pool and Park are also shared. |

One more bedroom with en suite bathroom are in the loft. |

from the day one. Furnished with antiques, has a sofa and armchairs, a sideboard, small tables and two single sofabeds. A woodden staircase leads to
the loft, to the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
-The main double bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, a dressing
table, armchair and chairs The en-suite bathroom has bath,
WC, washbasin and bidet.
-The twin bedroom has bedside tables, wardrobe
and chairs. The en-suite bathroom has shower. |

Description:
Located on the ground floor of the Villa, the characteristic of this apartment is the presence of the so called "fogher" in the living room, a big
old hearth that is always present in all the houses of Veneto.
The whole apartment has beam
ceilings, country elegant furnishings and is well equipped with private heating, TV, telephone and screens on the windows.

apartment islocated in the former winter "limonaia" an independent building
with access from the garden of the Villa. Built for this special purpose, the house has a bright glass wall

| Comfortable for 2/5 people, the unit has access and facilities for
disabled.
The entrance is between the bedroom and living room.
The twin bedroom has bedside tables, a single sofabed, wardrobe and chairs.
The living room has a kitchenette open plan, with refrigerator, oven and
cooker, a dining table with chairs for four and all kitchenware, there are also in the livingroom a double
sofabed and a small table.
The bathroom has shower
Weekly maid service is included.

The nearest village,
that is also reachable by walking along the river, has some little
shops for daily shopping.
Sport facilities are in the vicinity; tennis and swimming pool
2 km, horse riding and golf 15 km, bikes and tennis table inside
the property at guests' request.
The park, more than three hectares wide, stretches around the
Villa, rich in ancient trees and is surrounded by the river Tergola
and by canals, such as the ancient "Peschiera", that
take their water from the river. Here it is nice to rest under
the shade of the trees and to take a walk in the "brolo"
or along the river edge, enjoying the peace of the countryside
and discovering the various fauna that has settled in the nearby
60 hectares farm.
In the small vegetable garden and orchard, the guests can freely
pick greens and fruit in season. |
