The house has gone under a complete restoration and divided into 4 independent apartments, all with their private entrance from the vast garden, where different groups of people, depending on your needs, can be accommodated.
Each apartment has a private outdoor area with table and chairs where guests, dipped in the nature of the Monti Sibillini, can relax, read a book, or dinner "al fresco" or enjoy a glass of local wine with their eyes and mind away, laid on a beautiful landscape.

Apartment with a surface of 150 sqm with kitchen, large living room with TV and a double sofabed, bathroom, 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom, panoramic terrace equipped for outside dinners.
You can add a camp bed for a child in every room.

The LOOKOUT , SLEEPS 2
Apartment with a surface of 50 sqm with kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom.
Outside a straw gazebo with table, chairs and deck chairs is the right place for chatting or a dinner "al fresco".

A separate double bedroom with private access can be added for extra Euro 250,00 . It has a bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi shower, sauna and aromaterapy. An extra camp bed can be added. The total urface is 30 sqm.

A family of 4-5 can add to this apartment one extra bedroom (the Overlook )with a surface of about 30 sqm, equipped with bathroom with jacuzzi shower, sauna and aromatherapy.
 
THE AVIARY, sleeps 2+3
It covers an area of 60 square meters, comprising a bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchenette and a spacious living room with a double sofabed.
A camp bed for a child is available.

THE FALCONER, sleeps 2+1
This is a studio apartment of 35 sqm abt. with kitchenette, bathroom, wardrobe and bed.
A camp bed for a child can be added.

Included IN THE PRICE:
•  Water, electricity, gas
•  Linen (towels, sheets, blankets, ect)
•  Final cleaning.

A device scent the environment by releasing essential oils into the air.
All apartments are equipped with independent kitchen.
A welcome hamper (enough for 2-3 days use) with coffee, tea, croissants, yogurt, juice, ect. Will wait the guest in the apartment.

The pool is open from May to September.

The owner has an agreement with the restaurant nearby where a lunch will be served with a tourist menu for 13 euros per person and a dinner with menu a la carte for about 20 euros per person.
The medieval city of St.Ginesio, named "the balcony on mounts Sibillini" . is 21 km far.
Built around its Castle as from the 1200, St. Ginesio is among the most enchanting villages in Italy, actually listed by the Association so named and is to visit for its many beautiful historical and religious spots, first of all the Collegiate Church, then quite a few romanesque and gothic churches, the Castle walls and the porticoes of the Plgrims Hospital.

The surroundings are rich of very interesting sites to be visited.
The Roman ruins at Urbisaglia, the Castles of Caldarola and the town of Camerino with its vibrant and centuries old university, the close-by Monti Sibillini National Park where horseback riding, mountain biking, paragliding & trekking can be practised, are all in short distance.

Monte Conero and the beaches of the Adriatic coast are less than one hour's drive.
The surroundings are rich of very interesting sites to be visited.
