A splendid villa with a surface of 9,000 square feet that offers a unique and spacious environment for friends and families.
The very large common areas give an excellent liveability to 14 people, sleeping in six spacy bedrooms/suites:
-Master suite located on the upper floor, with exposed wood beamed ceilings, luxury Bamboo linens and 1 king-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress and all of the modern amenities, has a sitting room and a very large bath with the Jacuzzi tub/shower |
-Two suites on the main floor:
a King and a Queen bedroom share a modern bathroom, and another two Queen bedrooms that also share a very large modern bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with tempurpedic mattresses, and Bamboo linens. The two Queen bedrooms open on to a terrace on the back of the Villa where you can look toward the Alps and gaze upon the vineyards and olive groves while you are reading or sipping on a flute of the finest Prosecco which can be purchased from the Cantina near the Villa. At the bottom of the villa is located a children's wing complete with a large bunk bed for 3 and a pull-out couch for a nanny.Attached to this bedroom is a large full bathroom. In total 10+2 sleeps and 5 bathrooms, together with the Master's bedroom and the children bedroom. |

KITCHEN/LIVING AREA
The villa is equipped with a modern gourmet kitchen, a lush living room with a piano, home theatre, plus exercise centre, children's entertainment area and a half bath.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances such as a six-burner gas stove and a wine refrigerator.
In the local 'mercato' you'll find all the fresh ingredients to cook your own Italian meals while tasting figs and cherries from the property's trees. Just outside the kitchen is a corner with built-in seating and an exclusive suspended fireplace.
The kitchen hosts an ancient wooden table that seats 18 guests, made with one single foot thick plank of sequoia. |
OUTDOORS and relax
There is an outside covered patio furnished in a lounge style atmosphere with woven resin seating with cushioned chairs and side tables. There are also two dining tables for al fresco dining. Enjoy a drink overlooking the view off the terrace.
Walk down to the infinity pool and relax on pool side couch or sun lounges.Relax on a modern Italian leather sofa in the living room ornamented with Murano glass.
There is also a pizza oven and upon request the pizza man can come to make pizzas for guests on the wood burning oven. Relax overlooking the breathtaking beautiful valley “Val Bona”. |

Situated in the Veneto region, Conegliano rests at the foot of the Alps , and a five minute car ride will deliver you to the town center, which is resplendent with open-air markets, wine bars, and trattorias.
A short train ride will take you to Venice, Verona, and Treviso, the Region most famed cities.
The town of Conegliano together with Valdobbiadene are the Prosecco wine towns, famous world wide for the wines there produced.
On the lower level you'll find the home theatre stocked with hundreds of movie titles and the exercise area with hand weights, treadmill, and elliptical glider.
A range of board games and card games is also available. |
The villa has a fax machine and a copy machine, washer/dryer and security system, and a large screen Mac computer with internet. A washer and a dryer are also available.
The rolling hills between the two towns are almost entirely covered by rank vineyards crossed by "The Prosecco Road Wines Colli di Conegliano and Valdobbiadene", one of the most important Italian wine roads that crops through, linking the two capitals.Conegliano is located in the province of Treviso, halfway between the Alps and the plains.
Transition towards Friuli, it was always a strategic site, since the year 1153 under the domination of Treviso, the County borough today.
Conegliano is linked to a religious and monastic tradition that has affected for many centuries. It retains many religious buildings worth visiting.

The castle, on the top of Colle di Giano, is one of the oldest buildings in the medieval center of the city. From the original complex to day remain only the Bell Tower and the walls.
On the top of the tower, the wide panorama spans 360 degrees to the hills and foothills to the north and to the Venetian plain to the south, till the Venetian lagoon.
The metropolitan area extends over a large area distributed between the plains and hills and includes some beautiful natural spots.
In September, the most characteristic event is the Enodama, checkers tournament in which the pawns are replaced by glasses of white and red wine. The winners will loose their way back home! |
The train in Conegliano will take you to the steps of Venice in 40 minutes, also Treviso and other towns including Padua and Verona, and also Florence is 3 hours away

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
- 2 hours maid service on Tuesday and Thursday.
- The staff will attend to the pool and gardens in the mornings between 7 am and 10 am and the potted plants in the early afternoon. The staff is very discrete and will not intrude but don't hesitate to ask for advice or assistance.
- ADSL internet access.-Water.- One set of bed and bath linens and pool towels.
-Pool is open May 30th unless there is request for an earlier opening because of clients coming early. A extra pool charge will be asked for an early opening. Pool closes on September 30th. |
TO BE PAID ON PREMISES:
-Heating according to consumption.
-Mobile phones are available to use on prepaid numbers. Charges vary according to usage.
-Additional maid service can be requested at a cost of Euro 15 per hour.
- Baby sitting service is usually organized by the area manager.- Consumption of electricity is 40 cents per kw with a 300 kw free allowance included in rental price. All extra consumption will be charged. The meter is checked on arrival and departure.
-House cleaning: Final clean = 250.00 Upon departure House delivered in swept clean condition.
- Refundable security deposit of 1500.00 Euros to be paid in cash upon arrival and refunded upon departure, minus eventual damage costs and/or unpaid expenses.
