Villa on a Gaeta's cliff, with direct access to the sea

In an uncontaminated part of that stretch of the marvellous Ulixes'coast between Gaeta and Sperlonga, villa Agave lays along with a dozen beautiful villas on a cliff overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea with a breathtaking views of the shore and in the windy clean days till the Circeo promontory.

In a short private quiet path without exit, this villa has access to the beautiful sandy beach through the gate of a well equipped bathing establishment, this too on the same path, just at the entrance from the road.

The villa lays in the middle of a Mediterranean garden, with terraces on different levels, in a very sunny position, with a private pool and direct access with private staircase to the reefs The villa has a pool and large terraces well furnished with sunbeds, beach umbrella etc. where sun and smelt of the Mediterranean bushes give a pleasure of peace and relax (in August too).

Villa Agave can sleep nine persons in four bedrooms, with 2 full bathroom and one half bath. On the first level there is a nice living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and round dining table with benches with direct access to outside patio.

On the same floor you find a half bath room with washing machine and a small kitchen. Down on the ground level there is night zone with two double rooms and a triple one, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.

Outside there is a a depandance with an extra bed room with bunk bed.
