in the Ulixes'Coast?
Villa on a hill with direct access to the beach

On the via Flacca, on the marvellous coast just 1,5 km out of Gaeta
on the way to Sperlonga, in a private quiet path without exit, this
villa lays on one of two steep promontory in the sea with a small
sandy inlet accessible only by the sea, swimming or canoeing from
the villa.
The villa has a superb view on the sea, up to the Pontine islands
and the Circeo in the windy clean days. |
The villa "Le Bambole" consists of two apartments: A)ground
floor and B)first floor.
Both share the private path/staircase on the rocks slope to the
sea, through 140 steps.
On the sea level there are some solariums with shower and a shelter
to hide the beach umbrella and the canoe.
A boat-bridge connects a reef from which to dive in a blue umpolluted
sea.

The "Grotta
Delle Bambole" at side is a very beautiful and impressive grotto.
A) The apartment on the groundfloor
Has a surface
of 150 sqm abt and can host up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms.

The very
large livingroom has dining area and sitting area with fireplace
and TVset, a kitchen has table and chairs, 3 double bedrooms, one
of which with a third bed, a bunk bedroom and a twin bedroomwith
- under one of the two beds there is a third bed.
A bathroom has bath and shower while the other two with shower.
The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms. |

The large kitchen has a table with chairs and is
all new and fully equipped with a 5 burners cooker, oven, refrigerator,
dishwasher etc.
Outside a 150 sqm terrace-patio, partially covered with an awning,
has a big table with chairs and enjoies a marvellous view.

villa was built in the 50's and the furnishings are a little demodè
but with their charm.
B) The apartment on the firstfloor
Has a surface
of 100 sqm abt and can host up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms.
The livingroom has dining area and sitting area with fireplace and
TVset, the kitchen has table and chairs. |

The night area has two double bedrooms, one bunk bedroom with a
third extractible bed and two bathrooms with shower, one with bath
too.
The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms. |
The kitchen has a table with chairs and is all new and fully equipped
with a 4 burners cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. A small
terrace has a table with chairs, sun Umbrella and deck chairs.
There is access to the top terrace suitable as solarium. 2 or 3
cars can be parked in the path.

demodè but with their charm.
Both apartments can be rented together or separately
