Villa
Caterina is a typycal Tuscany Villa with two large apartments comfortably
sleeping up to 12 people
The villa is located in Castagneto Carducci in walking distance
from the world famous Via Bolgherese, the "Strada del Vino"; (Wine
Road), where Sassicaia grapes grow lushously.
From the villa terrace the view is simply amazing, ranging from
Castagneto Carducci village to the Bibbona Gulf, through the Elba
and Capraia islands. |
The
enchanting Baratti gulf is 25 km away.
Distance from the sea is a mere 10 km and from the village 4 km.
The villa is reachable from A12 higway (exit Rosignano Marittimo)
then proceed direction Grosseto, or from Rome direction Livorno. |

is conveniently located 1,5 hour from Siena, 40 minutes from San
Giminiano and Volterra, 2,5 hours from Rome,1,5 hour from Florence
and Pisa Airport is just 40 minutes away.
A 7000 sqm garden surrounds the property with ancient olive trees
and aromatic plants and flowers. |

is just near a porch for an "al fresco" dinner, swimming pool with

Apartment first floor: three double bedrooms, a large one is with

a huge living room with fireplace and terrace with seaview.
A sofabed French size is in each livingroom. |

is equipped with airconditioning, central heating in all the villa.
Bunk bed for baby/children upon request.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. |

furnished with antiques in tuscany style and evry bedroom has a
different style, in the living rooms some trophies from the area
hunted by the owner can be found. Bedsheets and curtains are made
of linen and cotton handicrafted in the area.
