One of the two units is lived by a family and the other, offered as a holiday home, being lived by the owners in some periods of the year, mainly in
the week ends, the furnishing and all details have been tastely
choosen with much care during the years, from the warm Trompe L'oeil
on the walls to the knick-knackery and all comforts available for
a pleasant stay.

The semi detached house offered for holiday spread over 2 floors and comprises:
On the ground floor from the entrance there is access to a double bed room and to the living room with fireplace and dining area.
Both are very bright and French doors leed straight into the garden.
Then there is a comfortable kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and open to the living room, a bathroom and the utility room / laundry room with washing machine and with a bed.

Reaching the second floor, there are 2 more double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and 2 more bathrooms.
All windows facing the garden.
So in total there are 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, (plus 1 for the maid), 3 bathrooms, 2 of which with bath and one with shower.
The house has a perimeter alarm and another interior one.
Outside is a gazebo furnished with chairs and hammocks, rocking chairs, and table with chairs for a relaxing dinner under the blue sky. |
