This romantic apartment is located on the ground floor, has one bedroom and a large living/dining-room.

Double doors from both rooms open directly to the spacious private garden with a vine covered pergola where a large stone table seats 6 persons. TV SAT

Includes: one bedroom with two antique carved twin beds (can be made one large bed), a spacious bathroom with walk-in-shower and a large living/dining room with a working fireplace.

SERENITY
This newly restored apartment is on the South side of the building, next to the studio-apartment "REPOSE", and close to the swimming-pool.

There is one bedroom with a large queen-sized bed, bathroom with shower and a lovely living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. It is perfect for two. SAT TV.

It has its own, shaded garden, with hedges dividing this private space from the Olive Grove. Beautiful view onto the hills of Chianti and Siena.

REPOSE
This is a studio apartment with an antique wrought-iron double bed, bathroom and kitchenette, Telephone, TV.
Private garden with deck chairs and umbrella for relaxing.

The swimming pool is just around the corner with deck chairs and umbrellas.
Central Heating is available during the cold season.

Both apartments are fully comforted, during the cool season there is independent central heating. Washing machine available.

The large property has only those 3 holiday apartments for 2 and 2+ 2 and gives guaranty of privacy and perfect relaxation to people who want to get away from the crowd. All apartments have Satellite TV while a fax and ADSL internet service is available in the office. The small charming village of Castellina in Chianti, with its shops and restaurants, is only 5 km away and the location is perfect as base to visit the historical cities of Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and Volterra. Rome, Caput Mundi, is 280 km far.

The Ugolino Golf Club, an 18-hole golf course, is available just outside of Florence and a smaller 9-hole course is available at Colle Val d'Elsa.
Horse riding is available 10 km away, in Staggia Senese.
