district of Monteverde, not far from the centre of the city, with bus stops and all sort of shops down
the street.
Suitable for 6 peoples, it is at walking distance from the Metro station, from which
in 5 minutes one can reach Rome hystorical centre.

The apartment is on
the first floor of a big building, quiet with double glass windows,
well equipped and furnished for a long stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with
oven and refrigerator,-freezer, 4 hobs cooker, washing machine
and a dining table with 4 chairs. |
From the entrance room a door opens onto the long corridor on which, left and right side open doors to two bathrooms, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a storage room.One of the bedroons has a large wardrobe and the other a chest of drawers. Both have side tables

In the living room a table with chairs for 4 can extend for 8.
A double sofabed, a TVSet with Satellite and DVD, a sideboard and some chairs make comfortable the home-loving.
Both bathrooms are recently restored, one with bath and the second with shower. |
The district of Monteverde is well positioned near to the famous Trastevere area, with lots of bars, pizzerias and restaurants and a dazzling nightlife, and to the panoramic site of Gianicolo Hill, which is among the Rome Seven Hills, the one with the most spectacular view over Rome, among greens and trees around the Statue of the Renaissance Hero Giuseppe Garibaldi.
A puppets theatre at definite hours, is always the attraction for the kids from all over the world.
The patrician Villa Pamphili and the Gianicolo area, next one to the other, are the green lung of this side of the Tiiber river. A real paradise for those who want to keep their wellness good habits at walking distance from the real centre of Rome.
