Villa Lupo, a classic manor-house owned by the same
family for generations, was built in the 15th Century on a hill
overlooking Lucca, 7 km out of its splendid walls.
Very imposing, this 3 levels villa is in excellent condition, having
been recently restored and is very skillfully decorated and well
cared for by the owners, a couple that live in a separate house
in the property, with separate independent entrance, in full privacy
for the guests.

| Beautiful
frescoes covering the ceilings, aged fournishings, comfortable sofas
and antiques make this elegant house consummate and very pleasant
to be lived in.
Close to the pool (5 x 10 m) and just out of the kitchen there is
a vine-clad pergola with table with benches for a quick lunch in
between swimming time or "al fresco" dining, with a stunning
and relaxing view over the valley and Lucca, in distance.

The
garden, surrounded by an old stone wall, is very well kept, with
period terracotta pots, garden furniture, BBQ are and a palm tree
on a green lawn
Ground floor
From the court on the front of the villa the main door opens to
the entrance hall.

| The spacious
living room, has a fireplace, satellite TV, stereo CD player and
desk with computer and Internet connection.
The study has play card table and bar.
The large dining room with a great fireplace has beamed ceilings
and a marvelous atmosphere for banquet dinners.
A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator - frezeer, dishwasher
and all modern appliaces opens on the outside dining area under
the pergola.

A half bath is on the grownd floor too.
First floor
This floor has a large frescoed salone from which doors open in
two double and two twin bedrooms.
One of the double bedroom has en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and
one of the twin bedrooms has en suite large bathroom with shower.

two bedrooms share a
large bathroom with a marble tub and a separate shower.
Second floor
The 2nd floor also has a large salone, two double bedroom with en
suite bathroom with shower, and two twin bedrooms sharing a large
bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.
On this level is a laundry room with a washing machine.
The villa has central heating and telephone
The owner lives in a separate house, next to the villa,
with a complete independent entrance and garden.

villa is a great location for visiting both South and North Tuscany.
The nearest village for shopping is 3 km (grocery shop-post office-pharmacy)
Very good trattorie and restaurants are close by.
