Seabass is an independent house with sunny terraces.
The house is furnished in a refined and modern way, air conditioned, with white interior walls, as was formerly use to paint the walls on the island, wooden ceilings and floors covered with emerald green tiles. The house is within walking distance from the port by a comfortable and picturesque foot path with just 15 steps, but it is also reachable by car from a road that ends just in face of the house. |
The house is composed of a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and terrace.
The kitchen, very pretty with emerald green tiles, is accessible from the living room and terrace and is equipped with double sink, four burners cooker, oven, a spacious fridge, some wall units and dishwasher. The living room has a table and six chairs, a writing table, satellite TV, several shelves and a comfortable sofa which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed. |

From the living room a wooden staircase leading to loft room, where there is a double bed, a sofa bed for two and a tv satellite. The corridor, accessible from the livingroom, leads to the large bedroom. The bathroom has two sinks, bath and shower. The other bathroom has a shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. Finally, the charming terrace overlooking the sea, with a round table, ideal for dining outside enjoying the fresh air and breathtaking views. Close to the house there is the beautiful beach of San Antonio, a yacht charter service and boarding for all beaches.
Diving, bars, restaurants and nightlife are all accessible within minutes. |
