This beautiful villa situated close to Laguna dello Stagnone -only 1600 mt far- and MOTHIA an area of great interest, and 3 km from the beach.
The property has that particular country flavour for its style. The cart, a chaise, a small pool -reserve of water for irrigation -, the plough, the wine casks and a collection of old working tools in perfect conditions are the touches that bring minds to the past.

The villa, a fully A/C restored ancient stone house with pool is located just in the middle between the sea and the village, 2 km from each, with view of the blue sea where the Aeolian islands seem to float.
L'Aranceto is a comfortable and cosy accommodation, and beeing on one level, particularly suitable for a family with children or elders.
