A unique atmosphere can be enjoyed in spending
a vacation at the Tempietto, a charming romantic house, built in
1822 in pure neoclassical style.
The front of the house, as with a real
temple, is an open but protected portico where guests can have their
meals when the weather is fine. It is tastefully furnished for this purpose, to give guests old times romantic suggestions.

Once destination of romantic walks in the wood,
it was conceived as a place to which to retire - and not necessarily
alone - and true to its purpose stands in one of the most beautiful
spots of a vast private park within a slightly sloping clearance
which blossoms with poppys and daisies in spring.
In a distance of four minutes walking in the park there is a golf club where a large swimmingpool is available for the guests.

The house was restored 10 years
ago, which gives a correct although slightly lived in standard.
However, the kitchen was newly installed a couple of years ago and
the bathroom is brandnew. The furniture is antique and appropriate
to a romantic residence. |
| The house
is part of a very large property with some other villas that are
not in visible distance so the Tempietto is fairly isolated within
the park, guests should be aware of this.
The nearest village for shopping is Montemerlo at a distance of
2 km.

The Basement:
- Bathroom with bath.
On First floor :
- a pleasant living room with fireplace, antique furniture and modern
appliances like satellite TV (no pay TV), CD stereo,
- the modern Kitchen,fully equipped with washing machine,
fridge with freezer,dish washer,oven, american coffee machine, electric
kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
Second floor :
- 1 twin bedroom.
- 1 double bedroom with en-suite bath (shower), including hair dryer.
The second floor has wooden beamed sloping ceilings, regular as
per height, giving to the rooms an even cosier atmosphere. |

The
house is very well furnished. Wooden beamed ceilings and cotto floorings
make the place a real comfortable and cosy home.
Mobile air conditioning is available if needed, as well as 2 fans.

Upon
request:
Baby cot and high chair are available on request if necessary for
the comfort of children
Extras:
The central heating will be charged for extra when needed, as well
as wood for the fireplace.
The owners will be glad to supply for guests convenience, a first
grocery shopping, charging the expense.
The household help will be charged for extra.
