This sunny and quiet studio apartment nicely finished and furnished, completely renovated in July 2009 is strategically positioned 5 minutes walking from Santa Maria in Trastevere, 15 minutes walking to Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, about 30 minutes to Saint Peter's.

Laying on top of a green hill in a quiet spot of the real center, the old district of real Rome, Trastevere, it consists of a quaint small house with a tiny garden situated in a green and quiet area, separated from the main building and with private access from the street through a narrow path with a few steps.

The small patio with a table and two chairs is surrounded by green and high trees.

In the living room there are a sofa bed, a dining table, TV, a library and a cupboard. A window overlooks an internal court yard and a French window on to the patio.

The kitchen is well equipped with gas stove and electric oven, sink, refrigerator and washing machine. A French window exit on to the patio.
A flight in the livingroom leads to the gallery in the open bedroom with a double bed, a desk table, a closet and a wardrobe.

The bed is located in an alcove 1,80 m high. The room has a window.
The bathroom has a sink, a small shower (cm. 50X65), WC, bidet, and a window.

This is the most populated area in the roman nights, with all kind of small shops opened during the day.

From here you will walk around in the narrow streets of the ancient Rome, where, in the evening, guitarists and pianists give the local color in plenty of small restaurants.
