Summary of

Villa Donatella is a 17th Century elegant palace, built on the medieval walls of the castle, traces of which are the remainings of the wall surrounding the Italian terraced gardens, with a private 4x9m swimming-pool, a furnished gazebo, an area for dining outside and several relaxation spots.
The terraced Italian garden on the ancient medieval walls, which goes back to the second half of the 16th century, is on two levels with hedge rows, heritage roses, flowers in season, as well as fruit trees.
Two majestic centenarian oaks have grown into the historic walls which surround the buildings.

Sylvia is a villa with swimmingpool on the border between Umbrian and Tuscan countryside with a surface of sqm 500 about on half hectare of fenced well cared lawn and with a landing field for small planes.

A nice gazebo in the garden, to have a breakfast at the 19th century's way; a marvellous porch on the first floor to stay chatting; a mini football court where to tire out the abundant energy of teenagers; a little lake, belonging to the owner, where to fish and a riding center 5 kms far are premises of an active but relaxing holiday.

The hamlet is composed of the property owner's villa and some country houses surrounding a small, striking piazza which opens onto the valley below.

This property has been recently restored using original materials used at time of building, to preserve the original look of the structure.
The ancient structure was not changed, so that each floor has a very large hall on which all the rooms face. For large groups, the house can be divided into 4 independent apartments, each with a kitchen.
The cotto flooring are original except some small areas where it was necessary to make some small repairs and in some rooms there are still the original stone flooring.
