A typical rural ancient building of the XV century, well restored preserving the original architecture of the rural area but with all comfort, to become a pleasant residence rich of charm.

On the edge of a hill, 500m a.s.l., the farmhouse of Carpini, built in the 16th century, dominates the wide and green Tiber valley. It has been carefully restored using local stone, terra-cotta and huge chestnut wood beams.

Very near Ripaioli, a tiny hill-top hamlet, this quaint rustic house is reached by 1 km of unpaved path, enjoying perfect views over the surrounding Umbrian hills.
Being in the Centre of Umbria, this is a good base to visit the most important historical Umbrian sites and to discover traditions and typical products of a rural land.
Todi, Deruta, Orvieto, the lake Trasimeno, Perugia, and Assisi are all reacheable in half/one hour.

This typical stone house carefully restored, respecting the local architecture, is in a very small (not more then 10 houses) and secluded rural village on the green hills between the Nerina valley and Spoleto (15 km).Very large for 5 people, is an ideal base to visit the best historical-artistic Umbrian places, after a relaxing sunny day on trekking or by a mountain bike in the neighbouring paths or to the Lake of Piediluco (17 km).

A farmhouse with pool close to and two houses in an Umbrian hamlet, a former fortified medieval castle of the 13th century, in a quiet position near a little lake surrounded by woodlands 14 km from the historical centre of Spoleto.
The village among green hills is today and old and quite market which maintains intact its original structure, with a beautiful Romanesque church, a tower and the ancient town doors, inside which 40 farmers still live their old traditions.

Located near Perugia, I MANDORLI is an old farmhouse converted into apartments. It lies on a hill looking to a wide valley flanked in distance by green hills.
In the front garden, there is a large area with a swimming pool equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas, table tennis, a wood burning stove and barbecue at disposal of the guests.
