Located a few km from Gaeta, strategically to avoid traffic to reach the best beaches - or the best trattorias - in the near towns of Formia, Gaeta, Itri and Sperlonga in few minutes, this nice property is located in the countryside on the way towards the mountain chain of Aurunci which surrounds the Gaeta's Bay on the Formia's side.

The area is rural and in few km there are some villages on the mountain where people live a quiet and easy life. A jump in the past century!
The towns of Itri (4 km) or Formia(4 km)or Gaeta(5 km) are in easy reach and offer all comforts (shops, bars, supermarket, banks, etc ...). |

A car is necessary to move or to meet the daily needs otherwise devoid around the property.
