The house ,divided into two villas, is located in Formello, 13 km, out of the Highway Ring, North of Rome.
Each villa has a private garden and a private gate on the road.
The two villas, even being attached, are built to guarantee a high grade of privacy.
One is lived by the owners, a kind couple with two children.
The other has been built and elegantly furnished with a very fine Oriental touch.

The entrance leads to the very large living room with large sliding doors to the outside, where is the swimmingpool.

A nice swimmingpool 6 x 8 x 1,40 m is just under construction in front of the porch out of the living room and will be ready mid April. Around the pool beach umbrellas, beach beds and small tables.

Rich of palaces , churches and villas of the Rennaissance(this is the land of some Popes belonging to powerful families, such as the Farnese), the territory North of Rome is also rich of Etruscan and Roman finds.

The villa develops on one level.
From the entrance a door open to the spacious kitchen/breakfast room with a large table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully and very well equipped with two refrigerators, a freezer, a microwave, toaster and 2 ovens.
On the back of the kitchen the larder with a second cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink etc.
The large living room has a dining area with an ancient beautiful sideboard full of cristal glasses, a table with chairs and a sliding door to the kitchen. A marvellous african sculpture shows a man carrying bananas on his head.

On the other side modern sofas are in front of the fireplace and a beautiful ancient sofa and armchairs are around around the piano.
Nepalese and Tibetane pictures of the 15th century, ancient pictures and pieces from Japan, Corea and China adorn walls and corners of this beautiful and rich living room.
In front of the entrance, on the other side of the large living room, there is a cloister with flowers and sliding

doors giving light to a large bedroom with a third bed add and a piano, on one side, and to the corridor on the other side.

On the left side of the corridor ther is entrance to a bathroom with bath/shower, then a double bedroom, then a studio with a sofa bed and a wooden door to the cave escavated down in the stone.

In front of the studio, on the other side of the corridor a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a third bed, a small dressing room and sliding doors to the cloister.

Ahead in the corridor a bathroom and a door to the suite where are a double bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room.

In total 5 double/twin bedrooms + one sofa bed in the studio + 1 additional bed in 2 bedrooms.
Not far there are 3 golf clubs.
The apartment has a safe.
Maid service 2 hours a day and linen change once a week are included.
Additional maid service and more frequent linen change can be arranged on request, for extra.
Two additional A/C double guestrooms with direct access from outside, each with private bathroom, are available for extra.

The owner will be glad to cook dinners or lunches on request, European or Asiatic specialties.
Babysitting is available for extra.
