The villa is surrounded by a private fenced park, out of which there are the fields of the farm. The feeling is to stay 1000 km far from any inhabited place while Rome centre is only 15 minutes away.

The well kept garden has a surface of half hectare with a pinewoods and well furnished with tables and chairs, deck chairs and beach umbrellas.
The house's surface is 300 sqm on two levels.

The property has no swimmingpool for the moment, but a circular pond big enough (10 metres ray) used until now by the owners to refresh and swim during summertime will be kept clean for your use too. It is very deep and not suggested for children. |
| The main characteristic of this country villa is its location on the via Aurelia, next to Rome city and the Vatican. A delightfully unexpected green oasis less than 15 mins from both city centre and the coast. Many restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the villa. |

-Tarquinia with the Etruscan necropolis,
-100 km of white sandy beach coast,
-Tolfa and Civitavecchia, on the west.
-The Lake Bracciano, Tivoli, and the lands north of Rome, scattered with small medieval towns with historic palaces and monuments are all in very easy reach through the highway ring of Rome.
