CEFALU' PALERMO

The house abut to the mountain slope and the five apartments form terraces East oriented towards Cefalù, in a pleasant architecture far from the usual squared houses existing in the plane.
Every apartment has its private terrace, all with the same view while the pool and 2 extra terraces furnished with tables and barbecue are shared.

The house is surrounded by olive groves, bouganvilleas grapevines, various fruit trees and last but not least peace and quietness. The swimming pool is shared.

A car is needed because the town is 40 mins away by foot. The bus stop is 10 minutes far and it will take 10 more minutes to reach the town, while by car it'll take you only 5 minutes from the property.
Internet wireless is a little difficult inside some apartments but connects everywhere on the terraces. Washing machine is shared. TV Satellite is in every apartment. Centralized heating.

Description:

the apartment is next to the MIMOSA apartment (sleeps4-5), both have their private terrace and could be very suitable for two families spending their holiday together with a minimum of privacy

" U GERSUMINU", 2 sleeps
Description
A very large studio with a surface of 60 sqm about, furnished with a double bed, settee and comfortable chairs and Kitchenette equipped with 2 gasrings and microwave, kettle, teapot, toaster, fridge and freezer. with dining area, overlooking the town and bay of Cefalù.
A small bathroom with shower.
Terrace of about 70 square meters with deckchairs and marble table with chairs, partly covered with vines, and partly for sunbathing
Satellite tv and central heating.
It is situated next to the PERGOLA apartment (sleeps4-5) both with private terraces and with common use of another terrace with barbecue. They could be very suitable for two families spending their holiday together with a minimum of privacy, as well because "U Gersuminu" has a bunkbedroom available only with the two apartments together.
Entrance via rooflevel: 1 flight of stairs.

"L'ADDRAVURU", sleeps 4
Description:
-A large double bedroom
-A small bunkbedroom
-Bathroom with shower
-diningroom with open plan kitchenette well equipped with a 2 gasrings stove, kettle, teapot, toaster.
-balcony in front with folding table and chairs and a nice cosy corner under an olive tree next to the entrance to the apartment and a big terrace overlooking the sea with a nice ceramic table, chairs and deckchairs.
Parking on roof level: 2 flights of stairs, or in case of real necessity entrance over a path with a few steps.

"A RACINA", sleeps 4
is a big studio of 60 square meters with a double bed, sitting corner with sofabed
and a 3 gasrings kitchenette with table overlooking the bay of Cefalù, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, kettle, teapot.
TV satellite.
Next to it is a small bedroom with 2 single beds
The apartment has 2 small bathrooms with shower and a 110 sqm terrace on its the roof.
The terrace is partly covered for shade and for privacy it is separated with plants. Ceramic table with chairs and 2 comfortable rocking chairs
The Pergola is next to GELSOMINO and they share the same entrance.

To reach both apartments you have to go down the staircase from the road and the parkingplace that are on the rooflevel.
These two apartments could be very suitable for two families spending their holiday together with a minimum of privacy.

This room is available to be combined with any of the apartments.
