Villa Antonella is a beautiful property situated in a very
quiet position on the hillside of the Sorrento coast, in walking distance from the town of St. Agata dei Due Golfi.
650 sq.m lawns
and ornamental plants and 12.000 sq m of lemon and fruits groves
surround the villa.

The property is in short distance from all the
most celebrated tourist localities of the Sorrentine and Amalfi
coasts, such as Sorrento and Positano, both at 10 km. Shops and
restaurant, including "Don Alfonso" one of the most popular
restaurant in Italy - on the Michelin guide - is nearby.

The villa is on 3 floors with all
modern comforts and a nice pool (10x5,75 m) is in the garden.
Two entrances give access to the house from the parking area. The
rooms are very large, with antique and nice furniture.

A large and elegant lounge room is divided in two areas: the sitting
one with TV satellite, fireplace and sofas; a large dining table
on the other side sits 12
A very well equipped nice kitchen has a balcony from which you can
access to the barbecue and pizza area, where in the spring or summer
period you can enjoy your meal
A bedroom has private bathroom with shower

On the Second floor:
A single room with private access to the garden;
The master bedroom has Tv sat, Jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.
A twin bedroom has two French beds and en-suite bathroom with shower
and bath.

A Spiral Stairs leads up to the mansard that consists of a double
bedroom with a small bathroom with a shower and a panoramic terrace
with view of the Island of Capri.
