L'Attico
sleeps 2+4
Rome |
 |
|
L'Attico is a penthouse situated in one of the quietest yet
central districts in Rome, preferred by upper class families and
steps from the former patrician Villa Pamphili Public Park and from
the Gianicolo Hill.
The apartment is on the fifth floor (no lift, sorry) of an elegant building, with a large terrace from where one can catch a stunning view over the city roofs and the countryside downthere. |
 |
 |
The apartment is about 65 sqmt, it has been recently
redecorated and is very luminous, bright and comfortable..
It consists of a bedroom with Queen size bed, a living room with two doule sofabeds, a chill out veranda, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
|
| The 12 sqmt
terrace, during hot season, can be eventually furnished with table
and chairs with sunbeds for al fresco dining and sunbathing.
Browsing around the roman city center is very easy from the apartment,
as many buses take you in few minutes directly to Trastevere and
across the Tiber river to the true crowded city center; especially
a jumbo tram can be suggested as it moves on protected railway,
assuring both avoiding the traffic jam and enjoying a relaxing city
tour.

 |
|

screen, washing machine, AIR CONDITIONING (only in the bedroom and
veranda), microwave, toaster, iron, ironing board, DVD player, Sony

The district
of Monteverde is well positioned near to the famous Trastevere area,
with lots of bars, pizzerias and restaurants and a dazzling nightlife,
and to the panoramic site of Gianicolo Hill, which is among the
Rome Seven Hills, the one with the most spectacular view over Rome,
among greens and trees around the Statue of the Renaissance Hero
Giuseppe Garibaldi.
A puppets theatre at definite hours, is always the attraction for
the kids from all over the world.
The patrician Villa Pamphili and the Gianicolo area, next one to
the other, are the green lung of this side of the Tiiber river.
A real paradise for those who want to keep their wellness good habits
at walking distance from the real centre of Rome. |
