The Brooms
House is a large country house, displaying all typical details and
fixtures of the Tuscan rural architecture: arches of all dimensions,
bare stone walls, terracotta tiles on the floors and wooden beamed
ceiling.
The house has gone under a complete restoration and divided into
4 independent apartments, all with their private entrance from the
vast garden. Each apartment, eventually communicating one with the
other, can sleep from 4 to 6 guests in total privacy. |
The largest apartment
enjoys a terrace overlooking the magnificient valley and consists
of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom and two bathrooms.
The remaining three apartments all display a living room, a kitchen,
a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The large garden with swimming pool is comfortably available for
the guests. |

The closest medieval city of St.Ginesio is named "the balcony on
mounts Sibillini" and is only 2 kms far.
Built around its Castle as from the 1200, St. Ginesio is among the
most enchanting villages in Italy, actually listed by the Association
so named and is to visit for its many beautiful historical and religious
spots, first of all the Collegiate Church, then quite a few romanesque
and gothic churches, the Castle walls and the porticoes of the Plgrims
Hospital. |
The surroundings are
rich of very interesting sites to be visited.
The Roman ruins at Urbisaglia, the Castles of Caldarola and the
town of Camerino with its vibrant and centuries old university,
the close-by Monti Sibillini National Park where horseback riding,
mountain biking, paragliding & trekking can be practised, are
all in short distance.
Monte Conero and the beaches of the Adriatic coast are less than
one hour's drive. |

| The area also carries a strong gastronomic tradition, with special
regards to meats. It is suggested to taste the typical recipe "vincisgrassi"
similar to the most popular lasagna. |
