Accommodation in Chianti, Gallo nero district

The Barns are part of a 20 hectares
farm located in the heart of the classic Chianti Gallo Nero, among
the typical Tuscan farmhouses scattered across soft rolling hills
covered with vineyards and olive groves, 5 Km from San Casciano
in val di Pesa, 13 Km from Florence and 50 Km from Siena. |
The farmhouse is lived by Florentine
families while the 2 barns have been restored and converted to 3
delicious apartments: |

- The Sunflower,
50 sq m, sleeps 2+1, on the ground floor of the first barn, with
beamed ceiling and wooden floor, is composed by one double bedroom,
a bathroom with shower and a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette
corner and a sofa bed.
Well equipped, the apartment has a microwave, iron, hairdryer TV
Sat, A/C and private entrance, garden and BBQ.
A laundry area is shared.

- The Poppy, 50 sq m, sleeps 2+1,
on the first floor of the same barn with beamed ceiling and wooden
floor, is a large one room apartment with separate fully equipped
kitchen and a bathroom with shower. This apartment too has a microwave,
TV Sat, A/C and private entrance, garden and BBQ. A laundry area
is shared. |

- The Jasmin, 64 sq
m, sleeps 2+2,
in short distance, in the second barn, is composed by one double
bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette
corner and a double sofa bed.
The 4th bed is to be paid extra.

The Sunflower and Poppy have large windows overlooking the Chianti hills covered by vineyards
and olive groves.
A panoramic garden with swimming-pool
and a barbecue are shared among the 3 apartments.
500 m from the Cottages there is a very small village with a typical
Tuscan "Trattoria", a bar and several shops selling local
products.
