A restored small house in the outskirts of the old town of Gaeta , close to some Roman ruines, is composed of six restored simple apartments, all endowed with A/C and similar each other, simply furnished with modern and essential - but comfortable -, the kitchen with a 3 fires hob without oven and a small refrigerator, TVSatellite.

The number of sleeps goes from a minimum of two (double bedroom) up to 6.

The property is very quiet, has no view on the sea, being some metres from the seaside road (that few metres ahead becomes a boulevard), is very simple and an accurate description of each apartment is pointless because in conclusion all have a good value for the requested price.

Less than 5 mins walking to reach the fish market, one of the best alluringness of Gaeta, open every afternoon after 5 pm till night, with all shops in walking distance in the "Piccolo Alley" , and more chance than elsewhere to find parking, the location is not bad, also considering that it is enough half an hour to walk across the whole Gaeta.

They are not to be rented for living in - Except those two apartments with terrace this property is not suggested for living inside but is very suitable and affordable for a active holiday to discover Gaeta and its interesting off-the-beaten-tracks surroundings.
