Six natural Parks are in the surroundings, (2-20 km), such as the archaelogical Baratti-Populonia Park and The WWF Natural Oasis.

A stone-made swimming pool, a big barbecue grill and a wonderful garden in the property, SPAS, horse ryding, tennis yards and windsurf and sail school in the surrounding area are a good premise for an interesting and active holiday.

There are two further rooms that can be rented for extra. In the lounge a sofa bed, TV satellite. The double bed can be divided into two separated single beds.
