| The farm
of Gambassi is 10 minutes far from San Gimignano, driving on a beautiful
panoramic road on the ridge of some hills. In Gambassi Terme a rich
choice of groceries, bar, restaurants, banks and a Post office.
The farmhouse is divided in 3 parts; one lived by the owners and
other two apartments, both with separate and independent access,
rented for farm holidays. Surrounded by a beautiful furnished garden,
equipped with beach umbrellas, each apartment has also its private
external space. |

Very beautiful
is the panoramic position, being the property situated on a hill
with a terrace that dominates the surrounding hills. A small pleasant
swimming pool (6,60 x 4,20 depth 1,20-1,40) is beside the olive
trees.
The farm is managed by the owner family and grows the typical products
of this land.
Extra virgin olive oil, vinsanto, grappa can be tasted in a typical
restored hall. Foods cooked in the bread oven can be tasted with
the help of the owners that are always ready to suggest beautiful
walks in the forests surrounding the property. |

This apartment is on the frontal side of the house, with independent
entrance on the ground floor to the sitting/Dining room with fireplace,
double sofa bed and a kitchenette corner. The kitchenette is fully
equipped, with oven, fridge and freezer. A staircase leads to the
first floor where are a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom
with 2 windows overlooking a beautiful panorama. |

This apartment is on the back of the house, with independent entrance
on the ground floor to the sitting/Dining room with fireplace, double
sofa bed and a kitchenette corner.
The kitchenette is fully equipped, with oven, fridge and freezer.
A few steps bring down to the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom
with shower.
Both apartments have independent heating,
TV Set and telephone, private and equipped external space, barbecue,
parking.
Shared large spaces in the garden. The whole property is enclosed
and protected by automatic gate.
