Old noble villa from the 18th Century
with annexe, set in the charming countryside of the Val di Chiana,
bordered by the Umbrian hills, the mountains around Cortona and
the fascinating hill-mountain system of the Val d'Orcia. |

few kilometers from the villa is the ancient medieval village of
Castiglion Fiorentino, which still has traces of that era, with
its boundary wall and the Fortress of Cassero.
Also of interest to the visitor, apart from its artistic legacy,
are country festivals and several cultural activities which take
place during the whole year. |

and its old architectural features - typical of this kind of property
- recovered and improved.
In front of the villa there is a large garden, at the edge of which
there is the house keepers' home - who will be on hand should clients
